Mrs. Marek has done estate planning for clients
of high and moderate net worth along with drafting of all
necessary documents. Joan has probated wills and interstate
estates, purchased and sold real property as well as established
guardinaships for minors and incapacitated adults.
Prior to joining Franco, Wallace & Packer, PL, Joan handled
trust and estate issues at the law office of Bushkin and Hiassen,
P.A. In addition, Mrs. Marek founded, created and co-owned
Piece of Cake, Inc., a gourmet dessert catering business for
nine years. Lastly, she managed a doctor's office at Diagnostic
Cardiology Associates for eight years.
