publicly traded companies and Inc. 500 ranked businesses in complex commercial litigation and
business consulting.. Larry has worked on behalf of trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries
and creditors in probate administration and litigation. He has been involved in the representation
of guardians in contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings. In addition, Larry has acted
on behalf of beneficiaries and trustees in the administration of their trusts and in litigation
proceedings. Lastly, Mr. Franco has represented buyers and sellers in commercial and residential
real estate closings and real property litigation.
Prior to establishing Franco Wallace & Packer, P.L., Mr. Franco worked as a senior associate
at Stok & Associates, P.A. handling commercial and probate litigation as well as real estate
transactions.
